Well, the answer is simple.

The device is in fact   -  YOU !

YOU are the one operating the throttle* / accelerator* / gas* in whatever vehicle it is you drive.

YOU already have the intelligence, capacity, free will, empowerment and even legal support to ease off the gas whenever and wherever you drive.

YOU.

And there is no mechanical device that will ever be able to improve, replicate or even match the intelligence and functionality that you already possess, to enable you to drive more smoothly, cleanly and above all – safely.
